Creating a flap is easy- all you need to do is make sure a little bit of your paper is inside the punch or die area so there is a hinge. You can use almost any shape.
I added a little bit of extra interest with the By the Bay patterned paper, and some large rhinestones. But, what makes this card particularly fun is the message hidden below the flap.
