Sketches are an amazing jumping off point to unleash as much creativity as you want.
When I am in a creative rut, pulling out papers and stamps and following a sketch design makes it really easy to put yourself on auto-pilot and just follow the design.
You can change the orientation, elements, and add as much, or take away as you see fit. And, you can get totally different looks by simply changing the paper, stamps, and ink.
